1. How can I get a voluntary service?
Our voluntary service is open to all. All our services are free of cost.
Most volunteers are capable of helping people with any kind of disability.
All clients must register and pay for their registration before we can start your service.
2. How does your service work?
All or service are part time, usually 2 to 3 hours a week. Services vary in length from a day workshop to 52 weeks voluntary service and take place during the mornings, afternoons and evenings. The duration and location for each service is displayed in the website or can be confirmed at the head office. (London).
3. Who can get ZWO service? (Equal opportunity policy)
ZWO service endeavors friendly welcome to all people regardless of their age, race, religion, gender, ability or disability. There are procedures in place to ensure customer satisfaction, which is dealt with effectively.
4. Is there any age limits?
A client should be at least 16 years old on the day of registration. A person less than 16 years needs a reference. Please contact us for more details.
5. Does ZWO provide study materials for the course?
Beneficiaries are responsible for purchasing their own books, stationery and other equipment to assist with the service (if needed).
6. How do I get updated service information?
ZWO offers service information on all our services is updated every 24hrs.You can track down the service you want by venue-service. To find out more log on to the following site and choose a service.

7. How much is the registration fee?
To register with ZWO one has to pay an amount of £5.
8. How much does the service cost?
Our services are free of cost. We request you to simply find the service that you are interested in and to fill in the form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
9. Is there any discount for elderly people?
50% concessions on registration fees are available to above 60 years old.
10. What is cancellation and refund policy?
ZWO reserves the right to cancel, curtail amalgamate services. If this becomes necessary an alternative service will be offered or a full or proportionate refund will be given. Please note; refunds are not given for any other reasons.
11. Do volunteers get paid?
Volunteers do not get paid but volunteers’ travel expenses are borne by the ZWO as per below:
1. Own transportation: 49 pence per miles.
2. Bus/train fare: Per ticket value.
